Captivating the hearts of countless maidens is the sexy playboy, Don Juan. When Miyuki unexpectedly comes across a dying puppy, she trusts the words her grandmother taught her, "When you make a wish upon the wasureyuki (the last snow of spring), it will definitely come true" and she prays for the puppy's recovery. Sakuragi, who is studying to be a veterinarian, passes by and heals it. These two who were drawn together by a mysterious power, are immediately attracted to each other. When the time comes for them to say goodbye at Miyuki's house, they promise to meet again in seven years' time, in the same place. And the two do accomplish the reunion that they spoke of so inevitably. However, when the memories of their younger days return to the space between them, Miyuki disappears. This is a fleeting, pure love story of the two who loved each other, and yet passed by each other...

It is the year 1775, and England and France are undergoing a period of social upheaval and turmoil. The forces that are leading to revolution in France are colliding with a circle of people in England, causing their destinies to be irrevocably intertwined.

Count Monteiro, the master of one of the many large, prosperous coffee plantations which ringed São Paulo, had decided to make his son, Antonio, the head of the plantation and return home to Portugal. Antonio was too young to manage the plantation so the Count intended to appoint two trustees of the estate: Julio as manager and Altoul as the family representative.

Taking shelter in the tavern is Sydney Carton and Lucie Manette. This is their first meeting. Lucie Manette, a young woman who has been raised as an orphan and a ward of Tellson's bank, has learned that her father is alive and has recently been released from prison after eighteen years of unjust incarceration. She is traveling to the French suburb of Saint Antoine with Mr. Jarvis Lorry, a longtime Tellson's employee who had managed her father's affairs before his imprisonment. They find her father at the home of Ernest Defarge, a former domestic of Dr. Manette's who has housed the doctor since his release. Though her father is teetering on the brink of insanity, she solemnly vows that she will be true to him and devote her life to helping him recover himself.

The franchise centers on "Starlight," a dance and dance troupe beloved the world over. Karen and Hikari promised each other when they were little that one day they would perform together on that stage. Time passes and now they are both 16 years old. Karen is very excited about the dance lessons she takes every day, keeping her promise close to her heart. Hikari changed schools and now lives far away from Karen. But the gears of fate bring them together again, destined to meet again. The two, along with other hopefuls, will compete in a mysterious audition to become part of this great company.

In 1864, King Ludwig II is crowned the fourth King of Bavaria at the young age of 18, following the sudden death of his father, King Maximilian II. However, the government bureaucrats do not understand his actions as a patron of the arts, valuing beauty and art over politics, and he gradually becomes isolated within the royal court. Ludwig, who is wounded, is visited by a beautiful vision (a giant bird), which is neither dream nor reality.
