Hakaider: Silent Judgement

The communication system of the X-Force base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hacked by a mysterious saboteur. Bai Lu is assigned to Kuala Lumpur to carry out a reconnaissance mission. The Sky Key, which can open a space-time portal and is stored in the Malaysian base, is stolen. At the same time, Bai Lu suddenly loses contact and is suspected of stealing the Sky Key. She is wanted worldwide. Hong Huan and Huang Li are extremely worried and act rashly without the organization's permission, which unexpectedly causes an uproar.

A special retrospective of the two franchises, with segments making comparisons between the different characters, their weapons, powers and so forth. The final segment of the special is the short film "Super Battle: Ultraman vs Kamen Rider" The main characters, Ultraman and Kamen Rider 1 appear on the scene separately, each fighting an original kaijin and kaiju. When the two monsters are nearly defeated, they merge into a more powerful kaiju. Ultraman experiences trouble and calls for Kamen Rider 1's help. Kamen Rider 1 is then able to grow to enormous size to fight alongside Ultraman.

Akira wakes up with Ticket stuck to his hand. Along with Right, they fight off another puppet which has attached itself to Schwartz.

Unfortunately, after the Unknown flees Shouichi loses control of himself and attacks Dr. Kunieda, who followed Shoucihi and watched him transform. Dr. Kunieda managed to calm him down but Shouichi becomes to afraid of himself and runs away.

Gaira, a humanoid sea beast spawned from the discarded cells of Frankenstein's monster, attacks the shores of Tokyo. While the Japanese military prepares to take action, Gaira's Gargantua brother, Sanda, descends from the mountains to defend his kin. During WWII, Germans obtain the immortal heart of Frankenstein's monster and transport it to Japan to prevent it being seized by the Allies. Kept in a Hiroshima laboratory, it is seeming lost when the United States destroys the city with the atomic bomb. Years later a wild boy is discovered wandering the streets of the city alone, born of the immortal heart.
