Crowded House

Crowded House perform some of their classic songs from their first album along with their latest album release. Their performance of "Sister Madly" was also used as their released video clip.

On November 24, 1996, Crowded House performed their last ever concert to a crowd of more than 120,000 people on the steps of the Sydney Opera House.

When he was told he’d be interviewing rock stars Neil Finn and Nick Seymour, Charles Wooley was expecting stories about sex, drugs and rock and roll. Instead he got cops, rabbis and missing money. But Neil and Nick’s beloved Australian – and Kiwi – band Crowded House has always been a little bit different. It seems like only yesterday they first sang their way into our heads and hearts, but in fact they’ve been writing and performing their hit songs for 30 years. So to celebrate the milestone, Neil and Nick took Charles on a nostalgic journey back to where it all started.

Crowded House captured live during the Get Woodfaced Tour of 1991 from the Power Station in Aukland, NZ. Highlights include "Weather With You", "Fall at Your Feet" and "Something So Strong".

Includes all twenty-one of their music videos from 1986 to 1996, except for "Instinct" from their greatest hits album Recurring Dream. In 1987, New Zealand television show Catch 22 interviewed Crowded House while on tour. This interview, at 26 minutes long, is featured with live footage and scenes from all of the music videos up until that point edited throughout the interview.

In celebration of its 100th anniversary in 1983, the Metropolitan Opera hosts a four-hour performance uniting some of the world's most spellbinding opera singers and conductors. The event includes a ballet from Samson et Dalila and boasts incredible classical performances from Kathleen Battle, Plácido Domingo, Jose Carerras, Leonard Bernstein, Marilyn Horne, Leona Mitchell, Luciano Pavarotti and many more.

On June 13, 1971 – at a concert in Hollywood to raise money for the Motion Picture and TV Relief Fund – at the age of 55, Frank Sinatra announced that he was retiring, bringing to an end his 36-year career in show business. This concert was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and the Ahmanson Theater in Los Angles. Vice President Agnew, his staff and the United States Secret Service, would be attending a concert at the Ahmanson Theater. Since this was a low Key event and no speech was scheduled for the Vice President there was very little publicity and only a few reporters covering the event, those that did were primarily from the entertainment community. After meeting with the Staff and Secret Service advance people, and were briefed with the details of the VP’s itinerary this is when we found out that it would be Frank Sinatra’s retirement concert.

João Ninguém is a humble composer who made the waltz "Sonhos Azuis" as a gift to his girlfriend on her birthday. To give it to her, he asked for help from a friend, but on the way, an accident happens and puts at risk not only the relationship, but also João's life and career.
