Two genius brothers grow up and grow apart as one becomes a successful surgeon and the other pursues a drug-fueled high life.

Zeynep, a young and idealistic teacher, has economic problems. Zeynep enters a world she doesn't want when she starts giving private lessons to a mafia boss's child.

Before long it becomes clear that the perpetrator has suffered a similar fate and is now coping by seeking a way to solve this philosophical dilemma.
