Chilly Willy is freezing in his igloo home (he lives in Coldernell, Alaska) and burning everything he owns in the fireplace to keep warm

The old fishing boat captain tells the story of Chilly Willy, a singing polar bear and a bulldog who quickly falls asleep when he hears a lullaby.

A timely storyline has planes menaced by flocks of Gooney birds! When a crazed hunter is hired to get rid of the birds, Chilly adopts one of the eggs left behind...

Wally Walrus is the keeper of a fish hatchery in which trout are incubated and raised.

In the Antarctic Ocean, the icebreaker USS Icepick is busy clearing the sea lanes.

Chilly's nemesis as usual is Smedley who's a worker at the aquarium where the penguin is catching fish. Smedley tells him he's not allowed to do that but of course Chilly just does what he wants to which leads to another chase between him, Smedley, and a porpoise Smedley feeds.

Chilly Willy can't afford any food, so he looks for a job. That doesn't go so well since Willy has no apparent skills... other than stealing. So he just does that with successful results.

A schooner anchors at the South Pole, and the skipper goes ashore and leaves the ship's mascot, a St. Bernard dog, to stand watch and guard the ship. A small penguin, Chilly Willy (the only penguin not equipped for cold weather...anywhere), sees the ship and tries to get warm by its stove. The watchdog attempts to get rid of him, but Willy manages to get the dog drunk from the rum in its own cask. The captain returns to find Willy saving the ship from sinking, while the dog is found sleeping it off. Willy is made mascot and the dog is tossed in the ship's brig.

Smedley is the manager of Balancing Rock Canyon where various boulders are perched atop high poles. As Smedley explains, the slightest noise is enough to send the rocks tumbling ("You gotta be quieter than a goldfish in a sound-proof aquarium") so it's hardly a surprise that he panics when Chilly Willy arrives selling various loud noisemakers among them firecrackers, a "boomerang brick", a joy buzzer, novelty gun, and exploding telephone.

The place is Kyoto, Japan. The bride has a mishap just before the wedding ceremony. Her father and mother get into a panic, her younger sister runs around, and her pet just sits still. This is a story of a family.

While he is speaking on the phone with a member of his staff, Filippo has a severe headache and faints. As soon as he regains consciousness, he calls his friend Pippo for help and asks him to invite the group of old friends to join, too. Little by little the four friends remind him of happy moments shared in the past and Filippo gradually manages to remember with their help….But something unhappy comes back to their mind….

Three guests in a luxury hotel. The highly respected managing director of a computer company, an actor and womanizer and finally a bespectacled murderer who has calculated that a hotel room is the perfect setting for the murder of his victim, a Chinese politician passing through. As luck would have it, the three men swap rooms. As a result, the call girl, who is actually expected by the actor, ends up with the murderer, the respected businesswoman expected by the manager goes to the womanizer and the businessman's real wife, who (unexpectedly) turns up to accompany her husband, suddenly finds herself in the same room as the call girl and the murderer. Events come thick and fast and the murderer, whose glasses have been broken in the confusion, is unable to carry out his murder.
