Based on the 1973 rock opera album of the same name by The Who, this is the story of 60s teenager Jimmy. At work he slaves in a dead-end job. While after, he shops for tailored suits and rides his scooter as part of the London Mod scene.

The film accompanies musicians who have devoted themselves to new, uncharted sounds with a great deal of passion. They build new instruments and work with quotidian noises. In the process, the ostensible noise often becomes sound. An adventurous journey of discovery into the realm of noises and sounds, rhythms and stillness. Ken Hirai Films Vol.11 "Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary" is the eleventh video release by Hirai Ken. It was released in two formats: A DVD version containing the Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary show held on May 29th, 2008, on the first DVD and the Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary Christmas Eve Special! held on December 24th of the same year, while a Blu-ray version was released containing only the Ken's Bar 10th Anniversary Christmas Eve!!.

The story takes place between the end of the Yorknew City arc and the beginning of Greed Island arc, in a kingdom called Elrais, where the four protagonists receive a mission to recover four missing performers who have starring roles in the theatre for the upcoming festival. The musical was originally performed during December 2000.
