An erotically charged thriller composed of three short films. “In Our Darkest Moments” mixes wry humor and tense drama as it chronicles the sleazy exploits of a hunky, closeted married man who cruises seedy bookstores and sex dens. He begins an affair with a dangerous teenager, unaware of the disastrous effects it will have on his life. “In the Dark, Softly”, directed by Joe Rubin, is a love story (of sorts), chronicling a young man's obsession with a local serial killer. And in the final film, “In Deep”, the police are trying to catch a murderer who preys on lonely men and then offs them with his extraordinarily large appendage. Maybe this killer is more than he seems.

Laughter and Grief by the White Sea is a 1987 Soviet traditionally animated feature film directed by Leonid Nosyrev made at the Soyuzmultfilm studio. The film is a celebration of the culture of the Russian Pomors who live around the White Sea.

Survival Stories is an anthology film which was fully conceptualized and made during the National Lockdown enforced in India due to COVID 19. This project was created and conceived by Rahul Riji Nair, a Kerala State winning Filmmaker. "Beast of Prey" features a woman attempting to evade a monster. "Changeling" follows a mother with a mysterious child. "Night Swim" a woman at a pool sees spirits. "Polaroid" follows a man as he uses a camera in self-defense. "Landgraves" features a man interviewing a metal band accused of murder. "Every Night I See Them" follows a man trying to keep himself awake. "Mommy" makes dinner while watching her child on a camera.

2020 has its place in history as the year a virus stopped the entire planet. In its first months, amid quarantine and growing uncertainty about the future, Fantaspoa Film Festival launched a contest for filmmakers from around the world to create their pandemic-related stories—in their homes, with the resources they had at hand. This anthology brings together the 15 most representative and creative short films produced, capturing this moment in time that, if humanity is lucky, will never be repeated.

1st STORY: The Waiting Room. Vanja and Dara, women of the middle-age, from different social status, met in the hall of the waiting room of a hospital, waiting to be called to prepare for abortion. This unexpected meeting will start a lot of questions in their mind, and make them reconsider their decision. 2nd STORY: The Road. A country, somewhere in Serbia: mother is taking her daughter, along the road, to the doctor who lives alone in a wagon, in which he makes illegal abortions. All over that journey there is collision between mother's traditional attitude against pregnancy before marriage and daughter's youthful wish for a birth of a new life from love. 3rd STORY: Water. Nada, a young woman in late twenties, remembered in a prison cell, the tragical events which made her kill her husband. In the hospital, where she was taken by a police car, for making abortion of his child, she met a person, who she didn't expect to meet.
