Quirky and rebellious April Burns lives with her boyfriend in a low-rent New York City apartment miles away from her emotionally distant family. Chinese romance film directed and co-written by Kwak Jae-yong, starring Oho Ou, Zhang Huiwen, Yang Zi, Wang Zhi, and Yao Lu. The film is an adaptation of Kyoichi Katayama's 2004 novel Socrates in Love. Crying Out In Love was released by Beijing Enlight Pictures on 26 August 2016
