Joy a young man who leads a carefree life. Joy acquaintance Babu Joseph, an English professor, and they reminiscence some seemingly forgotten memories.

Varsha and Jessy are very close friends who live together in a rented house and work in the same IT Company. One of the rooms in their house is locked and in a particular circumstance they get a photo from the surroundings of the locked room. Varsha knows the young man in the photo. Varsha acquaints Anus Muhammed (John Jacob) during an interview. They soon realize that their rented house belongs to Anus. They decide to find out Anus.

Two brothers – Michel Rajamma (Kunchacko Boban) known as Rajamma and Vishnu Yohannan (Asif Ali) known as Yahoo. They are born to the inter-caste couple Yohannan (Saiju Kurup) and Rajamma (Tessa), who fell in love during their college days. After the sudden demise of their parents, they live alone in their ancestral property, a bungalow. After leading a carefree life, the duo plans to rent out their bungalow (which they call Bhargavinilayam) to different families.

Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus revolves around Cleetus (Mammootty), a dreaded long-haired rogue. He surprises the parish priest (Siddique) by his uncanny resemblance to Jesus Christ in looks and mannerisms. He is roped in by the priest for the role of Jesus Christ for a light and sound show for their upcoming festival. His real self comes to the fore during rehearsals. The fact that he is a goon is revealed, yet the priest decides to persist with him in the belief that the experience of performing the noble character will lead to his transformation. Things change in the life of Cleetus after that. Events that occurred in the life of Jesus Christ start occurring in the life of Cleetus too. What happens to Cleetus and the people surrounding him form the rest of the story.
