A good looking female social welfare worker makes Egon Olsen forget about crimes for some time, but when an American gangster breaks into a local bank and the police think its Egon's work, he has to get back to work to prove he's innocent.

The name is chosen to emphasize the disturbing (or itchy) character of the duo's sketches that "scratch where it hurts": Tzek is the phonetic pronunciation of A zecca (The Tick in the Corsican language) while Pido refers to the Pou, another insect that causes itching.
