A couple's life becomes complicated when people get involved with their troublesome son.

Thalappavu (English: The Headgear ) is a 2008 Malayalam film loosely based on the events related to Naxal Varghese and Police Constable P. Ramachandran Nair. The film portrays the social and political issues of the Naxalite era of the 1970s in Kerala.

Soon he is conned and loses everything after pledging his house to a ‘blade’ moneylender (Salim Kumar).

The film, in Malayalam and made by the Indian film maker K P Kumaran, AkashaGopuram is set among the Indian immigrant community in London and tells the story of Albert Samson (Mohanlal), a middle-aged architect who has clawed his way to prominence.

Garment exporter Gopakumar, with the help of his fashion designer Kamala and broker Immanuel, brings together three couples who are on the verge of separation.
