The Mountain of SGaana

Italian airship engineer Umberto Nobile enjoys a quiet life with his beloved dog Titina. One day, Norwegian explorer superstar Roald Amundsen contacts him and orders an airship to conquer The North Pole.

In a typical day at swim practice our protagonist is bombarded by the whistling of her eccentric coach, the majesty of the older swimmers, the horror of getting her period, and naughty recordings on her teammate’s cellphone. All while, the protagonist comes to understand herself and her body.

Two Shots adapts the extra chapter of the same name, while All or Nothing adapts Chapter 174 of the same name and a scene of the final chapter of the manga, which also matches with the conclusion of the final episode of the anime series. Two Shots tells the story of how Kurama and Hiei met, while All or Nothing covers a story of the main characters coming back together to solve a hostage crisis in the spirit world.

Toronto’s town square is flooded. The city’s infrastructure has merged with local flora. In this radically different future, people have found a connection to the past.

The musical accompaniment, composed and performed by Pauline Kim Harris, is based on a reimagining of the Chaconne from the Partita No.2 in D minor (BWV 1004) by Johann Sebastian Bach.
