Sister Marina, a very unorthodox nun, is sent during the summer of 1994 to El Parral, a boarding school for boys threatened to be closed soon. Even though the kids welcome Marina with all kinds of pranks, they will, little by little, become something very close to the family they never had.

The year is 1995. It knocks on the door of 'Greedy Arne' Nyman's dilapidated house. It is Death who has come to take him. Greedy Arne is not worried of Death, he is more afraid of door-to-door sellers, but first he has something vital to deal with. It will be the beginning of a walk with Death by his side, which continues in an old rusty Volvo 240.

Scripted by Shelagh Delaney, 'The White Bus' blends realism, drama, and poetry as a despondent young woman travels home to the North of England. And Vanessa Redgrave stars in Tony Richardson’s romantic reverie and musical featurette 'Red and Blue'. Produced in 1967, but ultimately shelved.

The theatrical events revolve around a comic frame about Adel (Youssef Shaaban), the handsome young man who works at the airport as an air monitor, who is linked to the engagement of Mona (Mervat Amin), the beautiful air hostess, but he loves the air hostesses ’rhythm in his love. The countryside is based on his cousin (Adel), and he is fascinated by the beauty of girls who love (Adel), and tries to imitate (Adel), but in his rural way, which generates funny comic scenes.

Best – His Mother’s Son (BBC Two) was a gloomy drama about Ann Best, mother of George, who was strictly teetotal until her mid-40s, when she had her first sip of sherry to celebrate her son’s footballing success. The recreation of late-Sixties Belfast was accurate and, thank goodness, intelligently subdued: no comedy Ulster accents and no point-scoring subplot about the Troubles.

Snub and Hughie agree to go somewhere "where there are no wives, landlords or prohibitionists", and so three months later they emerge on a prairie with supplies dwindling.
