In Plain Sight

This is an animated documentary about FOOD! I interviewed vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian and meat eater about their opinions about food and life choices. Then I animate real food with stop-motion technique based on the interviews. By putting the conversations in different context, the food speak for themselves.

This is one of the classic animations of the 1990s with its surreal tale of the struggle between the sexes. It also reveals the role the woman plays in a marriage and the need, though often not communicated properly, of the man for this companionship and support.

Occasionally gross, often beautiful, and always interesting, HEAD SPACE is a sampler of the thoughts happening inside and out of each frame.
