George Best had the confidence and arrogance to try absolutely anything – he knew he was a genius and was not afraid to show the world. He revelled in the limelight but as the first of the new superstars, he found himself unable to cope with the temptations thrown at his feet – alcohol, late nights & women. He indulged them all and as a result walked out of top class professional football in 1972 aged just 26.

The documentary covers the carrer of Ivair Ferreira, striker and left winger revealed by Portuguesa de Desportos in the 1960s. Nicknamed "The Prince of Football" by The King of Football (Pelé) himself. He was in the "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah" attacking trio of Portuguesa (alongside Leivinha and Servílio) where he played for fifteen years; was in Corinthians' attacking duo with Rivellino; and North American champion playing for the Toronto Metros-Croatia with Eusébio.

An influx of exciting stars arrived at the Bridge including World Cup winner Enzo Fernandez, dazzling Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk, dynamic forward Noni Madueke and a future colossus at the back in Benoit Badashile, alongside fellow French international Wesley Fofana. These prodigious young talents joined the proven winners in the Chelsea squad, ready to create a potent mix for the next chapter in the club's glorious history. David Asmmann's Football Under Cover documents the hard work involved in setting up an exhibition soccer match, known as a "friendly," between a German girls squad and Iranian women's team. In addition to showing how the two groups come from very different cultures, the documentary showcases what playing the game means to the members of both teams, and displays how passionate the fans of these two squads are.

When Brian Clough was able to sit back, relax and reflect on a stellar managerial career, he was no doubt a fan of what he'd achieved. There was a pair of First Division titles to toast, the maverick collecting one apiece with fierce rivals Nottingham Forest and Derby County. Four League Cups had also been delivered to the City Ground during his 18-year tenure as Reds boss, which began with his new club outside of the top-flight.

Brian Clough, arguably Britain's greatest ever football manager, died in September 2004 at the age of 69. His passing was marked by a minute's silence at both the Derby County and Nottingham Forest grounds and provoked a wave of tributes from across the sporting spectrum. A memorial service due to be held at Derby Cathedral had to be moved to Pride Park to accommodate the fans' demand for tickets. This overwhelming affection and respect was fully deserved for the man who was often described as being controversial, outspoken and opinionated. His achievements in football speak for themselves: he took two lowly Midlands sides to the very top, winning two consecutive European Cups, with unfashionable Nottingham Forest, in a feat that will surely never be matched by a club of similar stature.
