The story of a young man who tragically lost his lover in a horriffic motorcycle accident. Now working at a video store and selling uncensored gay hardcore pornography under the counter, he one day discovers the worlds most bizarre snuff video... which happens to "star" a man who looks exactly like his dead lover. Pushed over the edge by this event, the protagonist goes on a violent rampage, attempting to murder everybody involved in the video's creation.

Her rapport with her fellow nurses is put to the test when she ignores warnings and becomes involved with the head surgeon, Dr. Muraoka, who turns out to have a sinister side including a penchant for non-consensual sex and inappropriate use of cooking ingredients.

Chikan densha: Yume yubi de shiri meguri (痴漢電車　夢指で尻めぐり) is a 2010 Pink film directed by Yoshikazu Katō and starring Kaho Kasumi. It was named Fourth Best Film of the year at the Pink Taishō ceremony and Atsushi Tsuda was given an award for Best Actor. Kōsuke Komatsu was given the award for Best Screenplay, though the screenwriter is credited as Tsutomu Kondō.
