The first anchor correspondent of the program was David Frost, who was replaced after approximately three weeks with Bill O'Reilly. The current anchor correspondent is former Today anchor correspondent Deborah Norville, who took over for O'Reilly in 1995. Steve Kamer has been the show's announcer since its inception. On August 29, 2011, Inside Edition began airing in high definition.
