The Famous Five is a British television series based on the children's books of the same name by Enid Blyton. It was first broadcast on Tyne Tees Television and HTV from 10/9/1995 onwards, and on CITV from 1/7/1996 onwards; there were two series between 1995 and 1997, produced by Zenith North and Tyne Tees in 26 twenty-five-minute episodes.

Trazan & Banarne was a Swedish children's television series which was broadcast first in late 1970s/early 1980s, 1st time was as "Jullovsmorgon" 1976/1977, in Sveriges Television. The title characters are played by Lasse Åberg and Klasse Möllberg. The title characters have recorded many songs together with the band Electric Banana Band. The TV series did also broadcast TV series as Lucky Luke. In early 2000s Trazan & Banarne released the CD-ROM game Speltajm.

Sarjan ensiesitys 26. tammikuuta 2009 rikkoi 247 000 katsojallaan Jimin katsojaennätyksen. Poliisit on myös Nelonen Median netti-tv:n katsotuimpia ohjelmia. Muita suomalaisia poliisin toimintaan liittyviä televisiosarjoja ovat Subin Lainvalvojat ja Yle TV2:n Poliisi-TV. Sarjan ohjelmaformaatti myytiin Yhdysvaltoihin keväällä 2010. Aito Media Oy solmi sopimuksen Scott Sternberg -tuotantoyhtiön ja Weinberger Median kanssa. Sopimus solmittiin Scott Sternbergin kanssa Cannesissa järjestettävillä MIPTV-messuilla.

While fighting an intense inter-galactic war, a mecha pilot is accidentally warped into a space-time neither he nor his computer recognize. Catchphrase is a British game show based on the short-lived U.S. game show of the same name. It originally aired on ITV in the United Kingdom between 12 January 1986 and 19 December 2002. It was presented by Northern Irish comedian Roy Walker from 1986–1999; followed by Nick Weir from 2000–2002, and Mark Curry in 2002. In the original series, two contestants, one male and one female would have to identify the familiar phrase represented by a piece of animation accompanied by background music. The show's mascot, a golden robot called "Mr. Chips", appears in many of the animations. In the revived version of the show, the same format remains, but there are three contestants. In August 2012, it was announced that Stephen Mulhern would host a revived version of the show beginning on 7 April 2013. On 21 August 2013, it was confirmed that Catchphrase has been re-commissioned for a second series, following the success of the first.

Maid Marian and her Merry Men is a British children's sitcom created and written by Tony Robinson and directed by David Bell. It began in 1989 on BBC One and ran for four series, with the last episode shown in 1994. The show was a partially musical comic retelling of the legend of Robin Hood, placing Maid Marian in the role of leader of the Merry Men, and reducing Robin to an incompetent ex-tailor. The programme was much appreciated by children and adults alike, and has been likened to Blackadder, not only for its historical setting and the presence of Tony Robinson, but also for its comic style. It is more surreal than Blackadder, however, and drops even more anachronisms. Many of the show's cast such as Howard Lew Lewis, Forbes Collins, Ramsay Gilderdale and Patsy Byrne had previously appeared in various episodes of Blackadder alongside Robinson. Like many British children's programmes, there is a lot of social commentary sneakily inserted, as well as witty asides about the Royal family, buses running on time, etc. Many of the plots spoofed or referenced film and television shows including other incarnations of Robin Hood in those mediums.

WWF Superstars of Wrestling was a professional wrestling television program produced by the World Wrestling Federation. It debuted on September 6, 1986. Superstars, as it would later be known, was the flagship program of the WWF's syndicated programming from its inception until the premiere of Monday Night Raw in 1993.
