Jozef embarks on a journey via a ghostly train to visit his dying father in a remote Galician sanatorium. Upon arrival, he discovers that the sanatorium exists in a realm where time is distorted—his father's death has not yet occurred, as time here lags behind the outside world by an undefined interval. Jozef's experiences become increasingly fragmented and dreamlike as he confronts various manifestations of his father, each representing different aspects of their relationship and his own psyche.

This short opens showing numerous mice eating all the food in Honey's kitchen and ruining everything in her house. She tires valiantly to run them off but they outsmart her. She makes a phone call and Cubby appears at her door. The mice make quick work of him too. Only a fat cat is able to temporarily stop them but they soon turn on him too. Cubby comes to the aide of the cat but the mice outsmart the both of them. In the end the mice have run off the cat, Honey is gone, and Cubby sits dazed on the floor as the mice cheer their victory.

Hare is working at a construction site with a welding machine, from which sparks fly off and hit the Wolf. Wolf notices Hare and starts a chase, but the Hare defends himself with the welding machine. At the end of the issue Wolf crashes into an advertisement for a polytechnic technical school and expresses his desire to learn to operate welding machines there, but it turns out that this technical school accepts only athletes. The episode focuses on the problem that some technical schools and universities at that time, accepted students not based on knowledge, but by athletic merit, so that the institution could show sports results.

Chenghua is 9 years old and has to prepare a presentation on Space with her best friend. She can’t find the time she needs, as her parents are constantly asking her to translate for them. Chenghua’s parents don’t speak French and are so dependent on their child that they don’t realise they’re putting too much weight on her shoulders. Chenghua can’t take it anymore and is looking to break away from her family. Her desire for space and her natural enthusiasm will help her take the plunge.
