No Such Thing

Violence erupts in north Belfast when the residents of Glenbyrn, a predominantly Protestant suburb, object to schoolgirls walking through their neighbourhood from the Catholic area of Ardoyne to the Holy Cross primary school.

Leo Doyle, a convicted IRA murderer, is released into the community after 14 years in prison on a scheme to rehabilitate former terrorists. He soon finds that the ceasefire has robbed him of both purpose and identity. In a richly decorated room, a scruffy troupe of a dozen acrobats and a little girl reawaken the old man's youthful nature and love.

Three deserting soldiers during the Paraguayan War of 1870, each fighting for survival in their own way, find an isolated house on the border, inhabited only by a mysterious farmer and a young woman. What seemed like a safe haven turns into a terrifying nightmare when the soldiers discover that the house hides macabre secrets, confronting them with a fate even more horrific than the war they fled.

Five friends play a game in a "mysterious" forest with a long history as a beacon for troubled young people contemplating suicide.

In South American woods, lives a mysterious bird that has inspired myths and stories among indigenous peoples. Some of them link that bird with ghosts, due to its ability to use camouflage. Others say that whoever hears its unusual song will be haunted. During an investigation, the encounter with the bird triggers a series of strange events.

After 5 people win a rafting trip down the Colorado in Utah, their adventure takes a deadly turn when they camp off the river for the night, and find out they aren't the only ones out in the remote rugged canyon lands.
