Anne Frank's surviving friends tell the horrifying story that begins where her famous diary leaves off, and for the first time the concentration camp experiences of Anne and her family are recounted. Among the eyewitnesses is Anne Frank's closest friend, Hannah Pick, identified as 'Lies Goosens' in Anne's diary. She was filmed at several locations where she had been with Anne, including the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp.

Dutch presenter Astrid Joosten travels the world to find out why Anne Frank's written words in her diary still inspires hope and regardless of own circumstances, works for unity and peace.

Director David de Jongh represents the life Otto Frank in his documentary Otto Frank, the father of Anne. The film deals with various facets of Otto Frank’s life: his youth in Germany, including his military service during the First World War, his marriage to Edith Holländer and the birth of their daughters Margot and Anne, their flight to the Netherlands, the time in hiding and the deportation to Auschwitz, his life after the Second World War and his dedication to the diary and the ideals of his daughter Anne, and his second marriage to Fritzi Geiringer. The documentary features many photos and film images, as well as interviews, including new ones, with people who knew Otto Frank. His stepdaughter Eva Schloss is one of the interviewees. The film is produced by Pieter van Huystee Film.

Scenes from a production of The Diary of Anne Frank are combined with footage of young Palestinians talking candidly about war, first love and topics that Frank wrote about as a teenager.

Their testimonies alternate with those of their children and grandchildren.

In August 2021, writer Lola Lafon spent a night alone in the Annex of the Anne Frank Museum, where the young girl and her family hid from 1942 to 1944. This experience gave rise to a book, Quand tu écouteras cette chanson, and now its documentary adaptation. Over the course of a night, the author revisits her story. “The Fallbrook Story,” is a 20-minute film of Cold War-era uneasiness in which director Frank Capra rails against what he calls the evils of Big Bureaucracy. In 1951, Capra lived in Fallbrook, California on his 1,000-acre Red Mountain Ranch farm filled with olive groves. The federal government, which had purchased the old Rancho Santa Margarita land in 1941 to build Camp Pendleton, was concerned that ranchers upstream would take or pollute the Santa Margarita River, which ran through Camp Pendleton. Capra’s film documents how Fallbrook residents fought back against the federal government.

Perennially popular in China, paper-cutting is treasured for its ability to transform ordinary paper into intricately patterned, brilliantly colored works of art. This program, filmed in Hubei Province, charts the evolution of Chinese paper-cutting from traditional cutouts representing luck and health to modern visual art as it illustrates the designing, cutting, and coloring processes. Tsuwoo Wi, whose father was the only apprentice of the great Master Wang Lao Shang, is featured, along with Tsuwoo Tsuing, of Central Art College, Beijing.

Wayang Golék is the rod-puppet theater of Sunda (West Java), Indonesia, which incorporates a vibrant mixture of storytelling, songs, and instrumental music. This program introduces the Wayang Golék tradition, focusing on puppeteer, musician, and puppet-maker Atik Rasta and his family. The first part of the video features footage from an all-night performance, interwoven with interviews with the artists. The second part examines the music of the accompanying gamelan ensemble.
