Thrash legionaries KREATOR have just closed the most successful cycle of their entire career. For a band entering its 38th year, that's outright remarkable. Above all else, though, it's rare. Bloody rare. The hunger, the fury, the lust for noise – everyone who came out to see KREATOR live since they released their thundering “Gods of Violence” knows about the Thrash apocalypse Mille and his crew brought upon stages around the globe.

This captures a performance of Los Angeles punk icons, Germs, performing live at The Whiskey A Go-Go . The remaining portion of the film are taken from The Decline of the Western Civilization.

The miraculous injection of power provided by the addition of grenade-girl Pikachu to the ranks, and the special guest appearance by YAMAZAKI MASO (aka MASONNA) meant that this date at Bears was insanity on an unprecedented scale. By the end of the group’s set there was so little oxygen left in the venue that no one’s lighter would work!

The Berliner Philharmoniker dedicate their New Year's Eve concert to famous lovers from the repertoire, embodied with intensity by French tenor Benjamin Bernheim. On the program: Don José (Carmen by Georges Bizet), Lenski (Eugene Onegin by Tchaikovsky), Werther (in the opera of the same name by Jules Massenet) and Romeo (Charles Gounod's Roméo et Juliette). Conducted by Kirill Petrenko, works by Gabriel Fauré, Emmanuel Chabrier, and George Gershwin round out this festive program.

Hurricane Live 2033: More Music of the Bubblegum Crisis spotlights the music that helped to make 80's series The Bubblegum Crisis the popular early piece of anime that its become. The hard rock songs of Priss and the Replicants are played amidst a video montage of the series' most exciting action sequences, and rarely seen live footage from the musicians themselves is also included.

Live 2001 recording at the Bastille opera in Paris in a production for l'Opéra de Paris by Gilbert Deflo. High praise was given to the historical costumes by William Orlando, the minimal décor, the sophisticated lighting as well as the musical excellence of the performers. It was also due to the charisma of Renée Fleming; she confessed in an interview, "I think Manon is my favorite role. I love French music, it is so elegant and delicate stylistically. It has both dramatic and lyrical elements." Marcelo Alvarez was thought brilliant in the role of the Chevalier des Grieux, and among the other artists were Jean-Luc Chaignaud as Lescaut, Alain Vernhes as the Comte des Grieux and Michel Sénéchal as Guillot de Morfontaine. The choir and orchestra of l'Opéra de Paris were conducted by Jesús López-Cobos.

A parodic music video that re-envisions the Horatio Alger myth of the American Dream via 1950s-style cultural cliches, advertising and Reagan-era media propaganda. Smith's 'regular guy' Mike embodies a series of all-American male stereotypes, from the classroom to political candidacy, assuming the roles of college prep, cowboy, train engineer, and real estate developer. Set to an ironic jingle recalling of an 'Up with People' anthem, this lampoon of Manifest Destiny concludes with Mike riding, like an ironic Marlboro Man, into the sunset.

Melbhattan. Melbhattan is part homage, part pastiche of the opening sequence of Woody Allen's seminal 1979 film Manhattan. Melbhattan features more than sixty black and white tableaux of Melbourne each composed to mimic images in Allen's film.
