When the village school master discovers the body of a mean-spirited, miserly old woman, with whom he has had a disagreement, he decides to dispose of the body himself without alerting anyone else to it, but when the body is discovered by another villager the same cycle begins again, with the body eventually passing through the hands of half of the village.

A key starts up the engine of a complex mechanical structure where chain reactions, be they planned or random, are combined to cooperate. The movement represents pure energy, which may evolve towards synchronicity, chaos, or something in between.

To watch the nature cycles, depicted, humanized. Herbarium is an observatory of natures inside a diorama that protects them from themselves. This film, the first of a series, is trying to represent the different stages of a natural cycle that is present inside all of us, that is constantly repeating and expanding indefinitely. ∞

Four puppet soldiers walk and make a movement inspired by Samuel Beckett’s Quad (1981). By visually adapting Deleuze’s analysis of Quad (The Exhausted, 1995), the film explores the idea of "The exhaustion of possibilities” through stop-motion animation. The puppets and the printed images slowly disintegrate, and the residue envisions new possibilities.

A Mexican scientific team and an Arab expedition clash over a powerful piece of metal hidden in the jungle. Oh yeah, and there's also aliens, a psychic, a sorcerer and a hostile tribe who do the occasional human sacrifice.
