Melbhattan. Melbhattan is part homage, part pastiche of the opening sequence of Woody Allen's seminal 1979 film Manhattan. Melbhattan features more than sixty black and white tableaux of Melbourne each composed to mimic images in Allen's film.

With the magic of Loulou (Louise Deschâtelets), Patrice Michaud realizes his dream of temporarily returning to the past. It is with pride and swaying hips that he slips into the universe of the 1970s to 1990s! Accompanied by his musicians, Patrice Michaud invites us on his visual and sound journey where the funk, pop and rock rhythms of his songs intertwine. 1980s icon Martine St-Clair takes part in the journey and "ouh, stop, un instant", we capture a moment from the 1990s with Gabrielle Shonk. A great, colorful escape where pleasure abounds!

the film „mandà in lunga“ follows a journey from Val Poschiavo, a valley in the Italian-speaking part of the Swiss canton of Grisons, up to the highest point of the Morteratsch Glacier, the largest glacier in the Bernina Range. Shot entirely on 16mm film and edited in-camera, the film captures the changing landscapes and atmospheric shifts along the way. The journey is musically accompanied by the organ drones and violin sounds of Laura and Luzius Schuler.

As a young boy, Franco Piccolini receives a magic bottle from a graveyard attendant. He tells him that the bottle once belonged to Captain Rack, a famous pirate who achieved wealth and fame thanks to its magic. Years later, Franco discovers how the bottle seems to work: when he places it on the ground and turns it, it shows him the way to the treasure. So he sets off on an adventurous journey, always following the bottle to find it. Along the way, he meets Luigi Ferrari, a cheerful fellow who lives in a remote mountain hut. Franco uses a trick to persuade him to become his travelling companion. Together they get into all sorts of funny and dangerous situations due to the unpredictable directions the bottle takes them. On their treasure hunt, they open the door to another dimension and meet the pirate Captain Rack. And so disaster takes its course.

Each BURN THE FLOOR dancer has spent a lifetime training to compete against other dance couples. This show allows the dancers to demonstrate their love and passion for their art.
