BC12, a red blood cell, lives and works in a body that is currently struggling with dehydration. He is given the task of traveling to Brian, the brain, and convincing him to drink some water. BC12 sets off on the journey and encounters various organs along the way, all of which have an opinion (sometimes more, sometimes less helpful) about Brian and his passivity.

To ensure that the Jurai will not stop him, Kain travels back to 1970 to eliminate Tenchi's mother before he is even born. Now, Tenchi and the gang must travel to the past to stop him before he ceases to exist.

Morita Mayu, a high school girl. She is extremely reticent and her silence and habit of looking at people's eyes straightly sometimes cause misunderstanding. The reason behind it is not because she doesn’t like to talk nor because she has nothing to say. The reason she rarely speaks is due to the fact she thinks too much before speaking, thus losing the timing to speak altogether. But she lives a happy school life with her classmates.
