“And, 'twixt the shadows and frights of nocturnal splendors, My beloved will secretly be hiding. Say what you will, say what you may.” The sound of a distant whistle and theorbo calls a sleeping singer through the empty streets of Stuttgart in a midnight journey to the opera house. ‘dei notturni splendori’ is an experimental opera film made for the Staatsoper Stuttgart in the early months of the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown. Anderson Matthew captures the singer Helene Schneiderman through a midnight dream with a hand-cranked kino camera in an ecstatic 35mm photo roman, in search for her own performance of the Tarquinio Merula madrigal Folle é ben chi se crede from 1638.

A mysterious detective appears in a desolate and dark place, with no memory of how he got there or who he is. With a cigarette in hand, he begins to explore his unfamiliar surroundings.

Through thread and textile, an Asian seamstress tries to escape from the factory.

A young man who is still living at his parent’s house wakes up in a very strange situation in the middle of the night. The house is dark and there is no trace of his parents. He searches for them and tries to find out what happened…

A cineastic meeting of two characters who are directly related to each other: Camera (Cinematographer) and Dancer. Both can define space/room, but only through interaction. They meet each other in an abstract setting (a white cube) and start a dramatic play.

"Resonances" is an abstract journey that invites diverse interpretations. For some, it’s the tale of an ant that delved too deep, for others, a puppet seeking freedom. The narrative evolves with the viewer, offering no single path but rather a multitude of meanings. Free and autonomous, "Resonances" challenges you to explore with your mind and question with your soul. Only through personal reflection will the answers reveal themselves, making the experience uniquely yours.

Two souls: One seeks to know her life's true essence and the other is haunted by foreign sights of himself, as they both are influenced by an existence beyond human realm—whom continually oversees them across eras, trapping them in a game of time and the unknown.

How would a found footage film look if the footage was never found? This conceptual art experiment questions the very nature of film and cinema while serving as an ironic tribute to the found footage horror pop culture. The found footage format provides the narrative justification for such a film to exist: the non-existence exists because the footage existed yet it was lost and never found.

In this 57-second short film, a dog-like doll faces another doll. It begins with an innocent, playful tone, but quickly turns dark and unsettling. Bach’s classical music adds a heavy, melancholic mood to the scene. The Dog of Sarandi Alley is a strange and brief story about violence, loneliness, and the secrets hidden behind the simple faces of toys.

A teenager wins a mathematical competition and as a prize for the winners of the contest, they have to spend a week in the fictional Hungarian village of Tótcsanád. He has extreme homesickness and as a result he plans to escape and go back to the capital city, Budapest. The plan looks impossible, but it seems like as if bigger forces would also want him to escape.

A daring physicist travels into the past to stop a mysterious woman from stealing his invention. But once there, he uncovers a surprising truth about the machine, the woman, and his own fractured reality.
