Sean Connery

Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Richard Cadell is an illusionist, puppeteer and screenwriter, best known for being the in vision presenter and the hand of puppet Sooty since succeeding Matthew Corbett in 1998 He is a Gold Star Member of the Inner Magic Circle and Past President of the British section of International Brotherhood of Magicians. He used to own Brean Leisure Park in the coastal village of Brean in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset from 2002 -2014. and also works as a consultant for TV and stage productions. He is dating upcoming UK drag queen Aurora B who hopes to take over the drag circuit in 2020. In June 2008 (Sooty's 60th Anniversary), Richard together with his brother David reportedly paid close to 1 million for the global rights for the Sooty brand through their new company, Cadells Ltd. As well as annually touring with live shows, Cadell is credited as the co writer and Executive Producer of the Sooty television series which is currently transmitted daily on ITVBe. Cadell’s involvement with Sooty began with a guest appearance on a Christmas episode of The Sooty Show in 1985; then, in the last series of Sooty & Co., he and Liana Bridges joined the cast as employees of the titular store.

Mikk Jürjens (born January 27, 1987) is an Estonian stage, television, film, and voice actor, singer, and television presenter whose career began in the mid-2000s. Mikk Jürjens was born and raised in the town of Rapla in Rapla County. In 2006, he enrolled in the performing arts department of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in Tallinn to study acting under course supervisor Hendrik Toompere Jr., graduating in 2010. Among his graduating classmates were: Marta Laan, Liis Haab, Lauri Kaldoja, Liisa Pulk, Roland Laos, Hendrik Toompere Jr. Jr., Sandra Uusberg-Üksküla, and Kristjan Üksküla. Mikk Jürjens film career began in 2010 with a role in the Hardi Keerutaja-directed short student film Ei oska filmi teha opposite Pääru Oja and Viire Valdma. This was followed by several other short films, and in 2011 he voiced the character Tik the Moon Rabbit in the Heiki Ernits and Janno Põldma-directed animated children's film Lotte ja kuukivi saladus, which was the second full-length feature film of the popular Estonian Lotte franchise. Jürjens has also worked as voice actor in two other Estonian animated films: the Martinus Daane Klemet-directed XYZtopia, and the Mait Laas-directed puppet opera feature film Lisa Limone ja Maroc Orange: tormakas armulugu, both released in 2013.

He played club football in the New South Wales Rugby Football League premiership's very first season with Newtown. That year he was also selected to play for Australia, making his full international debut against New Zealand the following year. He went on to play in the first ever test match against Great Britain on Australian soil during the 1910 Great Britain Lions tour of Australia and New Zealand. Noble was also selected for the 1911-12 Kangaroo tour of Great Britain. He stayed with Newtown for five seasons before playing a final year with Balmain. Andy Le is a southern Californian actor, producer, and stunt performer who has worked in multiple films. Le has starred in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Paper Tigers, and his only self-produced project the Supreme Art of War. Andy also appeared in Wu-Tang: An American Saga as Fang. In 2011, Andy co-founded a martial arts club called "Martial Club" (disambiguation), which went on to direct stunts for multiple movies including Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Everything Everywhere All at Once with Michelle Yeoh. Despite his part in creating the club, Le has done multiple solo-stunting jobs without the group.

The British actress, best known for her role as Jane Eyre in the 1983 film adaptation of the same name. Before the start of her acting career, she studied ballet. Clarke played the first role in the film in 1972; later she starred mainly in television series, and also took part in theatrical productions. The greatest success for the actress came with a role in the television series "Jane Eyre", in which Zelah Clarke starred in the lead role with Timothy Dalton. This series is considered a classic film adaptation of the novel of the same name by Charlotte Bronte. For the role of Jane Eyre in 1985, Zelah Clarke was nominated for the CableACE Awards in the nomination for Film or TV Series Actress. After a while, Clarke married the executive producer of BBC, Francis Ashe, and gave birth to a daughter, Lamorna. Jacob Vargas (born August 18, 1971) is a Mexican-American actor. He began his acting career when he was discovered breakdancing in a schoolyard at age 12. His introduction to acting came with a bit part as a breakdancer on the hit TV show Diff'rent Strokes (1978). His first movie role was in the TV movie The Children of Times Square (1986).
