It is a game of knowledge and strategy, where players are asked to answer general knowledge questions without breaking the "chain" under the pressure of time and the host, who has an unconventional role. It was originally broadcast by the Mega television station from 2001 to 2003 and was revived in the 2019-2020 television season by the SKAI television station. It is the Greek version of the game show "The Weakest Link". The host of the first and second seasons was Elena Akrita, while in the third season the host's position was taken by Tasos Tryfonos.

In a Temple filled with lost treasures and protected by mysterious Mayan temple guards, six teams of two children compete to retrieve one of the historical artifacts in the Temple by performing physical stunts and answering questions based on history, mythology, and geography. After three elimination rounds, only one team remains, who then earns the right to go through the Temple to retrieve the artifact within three minutes and win a grand prize.

Battle Dome was a syndicated American television series that aired from September 1999 to April 2001. It combined elements of American Gladiators - inspired athletic competition with scripted antics more reminiscent of professional wrestling. Recurring character-athletes known as "Warriors" competed against weekly contestants in a variety of physically demanding events. The series was filmed at the Los Angeles Sports Arena and produced by Columbia TriStar Television. The entire first and second season of Battle Dome is available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video.

Remote Control is a TV game show that ran on MTV for five seasons from 1987 until 1990. It was MTV's first original non-musical program. New episodes were made for first-run syndication from 1989 until 1990 which were distributed by Viacom. Three contestants answered trivia questions on movies, music, and television, many of which were presented in skit format. The series was developed by producers Joe Davola and Michael Duggan, and directed by Dana Calderwood.

Based on the hit UK format, The Cube challenges players with what appear to be simple tasks all to be completed in — you guessed it — a 4m x 4m x 4m perspex cube. The games may sound simple, like bouncing a ball into a bucket within a timeframe, but once the clock starts counting down everything becomes a little bit more tense. Perfect Score is an American game show in which contestants attempt to choose the most compatible person for themselves from a group of ten strangers based solely on first impressions and short questions in hopes of earning $50,000. The series premiered on The CW on July 16, 2013. Two contestants, usually friends, take turns eliminating individuals of the opposite gender whom they feel they are not compatible with. Each person of the opposite gender is assigned a dollar value for each contestant based on a compatibility test they took before the game began; higher dollar values indicate a higher compatibility, and lower dollar values indicate a lower compatibility. These values range from $50,000 to $1. When three individuals remain, the two contestants choose which of the three they feel they are most compatible with. The contestant who selects the individual with a higher dollar value wins both the money and a date with the person they selected.

Tipping Point is a British television game show presented by Ben Shephard and is broadcast on ITV. The show began airing on 2 July 2012 and sees contestants answering general knowledge questions to win counters which they use on a large coin pusher arcade-style machine which releases the counters worth £50 each. The third series began airing on 20 May 2013. Twelve celebrity editions of the show, known as Tipping Point: Lucky Stars, aired between June and August 2013. These feature three celebrities, playing to win up to £20,000 for their chosen charities.

Unsuspecting members of the public secretly will be recruited to pull a prank on their unwitting companions with absolutely no time to prepare. If they agree to participate, they must obey all instructions given through an earpiece from a secret control room nearby. With the opportunity to prank their way to cash and prizes, these everyday people will be shown no mercy as they are tasked with pulling off some of the most ridiculous behavior ever caught on hidden camera.

Taxi

Storybook Squares is a short-lived Saturday morning version of Hollywood Squares for children. The primary difference, apart from having children as contestants, was that it featured celebrities in costume as well-known fictional characters and some as historical figures. As with the adult version, Peter Marshall was host and Kenny Williams was announcer; Williams read the characters' names off a scroll as "The Guardian of the Gate", a role similar to his "Town Crier" on Video Village. The series originally ran on NBC from January 4 to April 19, 1969, with repeats airing until August 30.

Pros vs. Joes is an American physical reality game show that airs on Spike TV. The show features male amateur contestants matching themselves against professional athletes in a series of athletic feats related to the expertise sport of the Pro they are facing. For its first three seasons, the show was hosted by Petros Papadakis. Since Season Four, it has been co-hosted by Michael Strahan and Jay Glazer. The first two seasons were filmed at Carson, California's Home Depot Center, which was referenced in aerial shots.
