In the mid 1990's Mr. Ball managed a band called The Cracked Tiles. Thanks to his Certificate III in Business (Administration) and his his superior intuitive powers, Mr. Ball acquired the rights to their album 'Hi-Vis Factory'. Due to various circumstances, which Mr. Ball would rather not comment on, the album was never released. As a last ditch attempt to make some money he is now releasing it after 25-30 years, no one seems to be sure on the maths for some reason. Probably because we don't know when it will actually come out.

The Sex Pistols captured live onstage at the very end of their fame (they split days after this show). Sid Vicious had by now replaced bassist Glenn Matlock, but internal divisions in the band would come to a head during this winter tour of the US. Germany's most popular punk rock band "Die Toten Hosen" ("The dead pants") celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2012. In his film "Nichts als die Wahrheit - 30 Jahre Die Toten Hosen" ("Nothing but the truth - 30 years Die Toten Hosen"), established documentary filmmaker Eric Friedler succeeds at presenting an interior view of a band that evolved from an enfant terrible to a pop culture icon and whose work mirrors German history. Friedler takes the audience on a two-hour long roller coaster ride about success and failures.

In this one-hour documentary, we get to follow one of Sweden's most influential punk bands. During their active period 1978-86 they played in every single hole and sold lots of records, yet it was silent about them in the media. Although it's been twenty years since they stopped playing, they have always been discovered by new fans. In 2003, Asta Kask picks up the instruments again - not to be reunited but to take revenge on everyone who has been deceiving them over the years. The Gothenburg films Erik Kolthoff and Staffan Danielsson have followed the band during their revenge tour. Interviews about Asta Kask and the punk movement are mixed with old and new live material.

On December 18, 1980, the American rock band Talking Heads, with guest guitarist Adrian Belew, delivered a fantastic performance at Palaeur Arena in Rome that was filmed for broadcast on Italian TV. Taking place just two months after the release of Remain In Light, that night’s set was heavy on material from that album such as Born Under Punches, Crosseyed and Painless and The Great Curve.
