The Grand Fleet Parade on the Baltic Sea on November 4, 1960 to mark the renaming of the GDR's naval forces to the "Volksmarine". The renaming commemorates the Kiel sailors' uprising of 1918 and makes direct reference to the "People's Navy Division" formed during the November Revolution - the guests of honor include participants in the sailors' uprising of 1918.
