Pilgrims chasing their dreams or pursued by their crimes journey to the crater, along with man and a woman searching for the past... This musical play is based on the first act of Goethe's Faust. The angel Mephistopheles is condemned to fall from heaven after committing a sin. He is told that he can only return to heaven if he can bring a human being on the path of salvation. Mephistopheles refuses, believing that man is inherently evil. Vowing to drag a human down to hell along with him, he descends onto Earth and sets his sights on a man named Faust, an aged professor with no will to live.

One night while enjoying the company of a woman as usual, Don Juan angers the Grand Master, the woman's father, which leads to a duel. Don Juan emerges victorious but the Grand Master's dying words are: "Someday love will punish you..." Before long, those ominous words manifest themselves as a curse and an apparition haunts Don Juan. After the incident, unheeding the curse, Don Juan continues to lust insatiably. But as it just so happened, by fate Don Juan meets Maria, the daughter of a sculptor who is creating a statue of the slain Grand Master. And the "curse of love" begins to afflict Don Juan...

Set in 1920s Paris, this psychological romance follows the intersecting lives of four people: Claude, a young nobleman who does not lose his sense of self despite having experienced the horrors of war; Sharon, an otherworldly woman whom Claude begins to fall for; Francoise, a girl yearning for Claude herself; and Louis, a gigolo who is also enamored with Sharon. The drama's undulations are expressed early on in the prologue to tango music which was en vogue at the time. After its debut in 1984 with Takashio Tomoe and Wakaba Hiromi, this exquisite drama was repeatedly restaged. This time, it will be revived as the debut performance for the new Top Combi of Snow Troupe, Nozomi Fuuto and Maaya Kiho.

During the 18th century, at the height of Rococo culture, Giacomo Casanova charmed the ladies and enjoyed his earthly affairs as he traveled across Europe. Set in Venice, the city of water against the Adriatic Sea, a new story of adventure unfolds for Casanova, who dreamed of freedom and longed for true love.

Set in Marseille in the early 1930s, this musical depicts a love affair between a dashing man with a plan to smuggle fine wine to Prohibition-era America and an innocent woman who strives to clean up Marseilles, and eventually becomes involved in a counterfeit money case.

Set against the background of the Spanish Civil War, the plot centers on socialist playwright Katherine McGregor and renowned photographer Georges Malraux, a Polish Jew who fled his homeland for Paris. The two first meet in Hollywood at a party announcing the film adaptation of Katherine's play Tempest in Spain, based on the opera Carmen. The two are reunited in Barcelona, where they unexpectedly find themselves falling in love as they become embroiled in a battle against fascism.

Shakespeare's drama "Hamlet" has been performed all over the world, and performed three times by the Takarazuka Revue. This time it will be in modern Denmark, with everything developed in the form of the ghosts ("black spirits" which cannot pass on) progressing. The tale's theme is basically "revenge", but lurking behind that is the frank love of a man and a woman, parent-child passions, and a futile adolescence passing by. This will be a powerful rock musical unfolding through hard rock music.

The romance of vampire legends has traveled about for hundreds of years, and in 1987 Star Troupe performed this production with Shion Yuu in the pivotal role. This very popular show was a unique theme for Takarazuka-- the first act is on classical and aesthetic beauty, and the second act is a more modern pop style of Count Dracula's love.
