Sean Connery

Biography

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Howard Lew Lewis

Biography

Howard Lew Lewis was an English comedian and actor best known for his roles in the 1980s sitcom Brush Strokes and Tony Robinson's children's comedy series Maid Marian and Her Merry Men. His first job was with the RAF as a a computer operator and he worked for several years in computing and telecommunications at managerial level before undertaking acting as his chosen career. He often appeared in vehicles for Ronnie Barker, including The Magnificent Evans and Open All Hour, and appeared in the first series of Blackadder. His film roles included Hal in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, a guard in Terry Gilliam's Brazil, Richard Attenborough's Chaplin, and the voice of Obelix in the 1994 animated film Asterix in America. Diabetes and dementia plagued him in later years and he was admitted into a community hospital in Edinburgh in 2017. He passed away there on 20th January 2018. Police Scotland confirmed later that month that they were investigating a complaint brought by Lewis's daughter Debora Milazzo against the hospital. She claimed that her father was given an unnecessary cocktail of high-dose sedatives and maximum-strength opiate painkillers that subsequently brought about his death. The police ultimately found no case to answer.

Biography

Loren Lester, a native of Los Angeles, began his career as a teenager and has accumulated more than 30 years of film, stage and television credits. In his early years, he played the evil hall monitor "Fritz Hansel" in the cult classic film Rock 'n' Roll High School (1979) and he recurred for five seasons as "Roy" on "The Facts of Life" (1979) opposite 'Nancy McKeon'. Since then. Loren has appeared in more than 200 episodic including "Curb Your Enthusiasm" (2000), "The Closer" (2005), "Undercovers" (2010), "Greek" (2007), "Cold Case" (2003), "Criminal Minds" (2005), "Castle" (2009), "Two and a Half Men" (2003), "Notes from the Underbelly" (2007) (directed by Barry Sonnenfeld), "Side Order of Life" (2007) (directed by David Paymer), and "Las Vegas" (2003) (directed by Timothy Busfield). From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Salome Jens (born May 8, 1935 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American actress. She is perhaps best-known for portraying the Female Changeling on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She also appeared in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation as an "Ancient humanoid", a member of the race responsible for populating the galaxy with humanoid life forms. She had previously played Clark Kent's mother Martha Kent on the popular TV series Superboy. She also appeared in the 1966 film Seconds by John Frankenheimer, in a 1963 episode of The Outer Limits, "Corpus Earthling," and in 1981's Harry's War. She also appeared in the "I Spy" episode "A Room with a Rack" in 1967, as a globe-trotting pilot friend of Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott. Jens graduated Bay View High School with a 96 average and was crowned Miss Bay View at the long running South Shore Water Frolics. Later in life she remarked that "the only time I can imagine contemplating suicide would be if I was told that I had to go back and live in Milwaukee forever." She has been married twice, first to film actor Ralph Meeker, and then to television personality Lee Leonard. Her performances in the theatre have been rare but well regarded. She nabbed the lion's share of attention in the small role of "The Thief" in the New York premiere production of Jean Genet's The Balcony. She won excellent notices playing Josie in A Moon for the Misbegotten at the downtown Circle-in-the-Square theatre in the late 1960's in New York, and she did a Cleopatra at Stratford. Jens' debut was in the title role of Terror from the Year 5000, which was later featured in the 8th Season of Mystery Science Theater 3000. She subsequently had major roles in Angel Baby and the television series Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. In 1971, she also appeared as a widow with two children in the 1971 Gunsmoke episode, "Captain Sligo," with Richard Basehart in the title role as an Irish cattle buyer who courts her. She has a very distinctive and sultry voice, and has also narrated a number of documentaries including The Great War and the Shaping of the 20th Century and the film "Clan of the Cave Bear" starring Darryl Hannah. Stella Stevens (born Estelle Eggleston; October 1, 1938 – February 17, 2023) was an American actress, model, film producer, director, and writer. She began her acting career in 1959 and starred in popular films such as Girls! Girls! Girls! (1962), The Nutty Professor (1963), The Courtship of Eddie's Father (1963), The Silencers (1966), Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows (1968), The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970), and The Poseidon Adventure (1972). Stevens also appeared in numerous television series, miniseries, and movies including Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1960, 1988), Bonanza (1960), The Love Boat (1977, 1983), Hart to Hart (1979), Newhart (1983), Murder, She Wrote (1985), Magnum, P.I. (1986), Highlander: The Series (1995), and Twenty Good Years (2006). In 1960, she won a Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress. Yvonne De Carlo (September 1, 1922 – January 8, 2007) was a Canadian-born American actress of film and television. During her six-decade career, her most frequent appearances in film came in the 1940s and 1950s and included her best-known film roles, such as of Anna Marie in Salome Where She Danced (1945); Anna in Criss Cross (1949); Sephora the wife of Moses in The Ten Commandments (1956), starring Charlton Heston; and Amantha Starr in Band of Angels (1957) with Clark Gable. In the early 1960s, De Carlo accepted the offer to play Lily Munster for the CBS television series The Munsters, alongside Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis. Diana Gibson

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Diana Gibson (March 21, 1915 – October 12, 1991) was an American film actress. Born Rosemary La Bie in Chicago, Illinois, Gibson started her film career in 1935 with a role in His Night Out, starring Edward Everett Horton and Irene Hervey. She appeared in nine film roles in 1936, four of which were uncredited. She starred opposite John Wayne in the 1937 film Adventure's End, which would be her best known role. That year she appeared in six films, in five credited roles. However, in 1938 and 1939 her career took a downward turn, and she only appeared in three films over the two years; two of her roles were uncredited. Her last credited role was in the 1938 film Western Welcome starring Ray Whitley. She retired afterward, and eventually settled in Coral Gables, Florida, where she was residing at the time of her death in 1991.

Susan was born in CA but grew up along the Gulf Coast in both Mississippi and Florida in a Navy family. As an adult, Susan, joined the Air Force and fulfilled a successful enlistment term. After the military she pursued life in the coffee world working for various companies to include owning her own coffee shop from 2006 - 2010. Even though she has been acting since high school she found her true calling into the film industry in 2013 both on and off camera acting, casting and even some directing and light producing of her own short films. She loves to help things run smoothly on set and not afraid to jump in and help out as needed. Susan often travels throughout the Southeast for film projects in a variety of capacities. She is married to her very supportive husband Brian. Together, they have two grown children, a daughter and a son. Susan and her husband reside in SC near Augusta GA.
